HR Service Center Team Leader (PE-12500)

The HR Shared Service Team Leader who will be accountable for the performance and service of the HR Shared Service team. Lead the team through a period of change, evolving the service to enable HR Operations to deliver a high quality centralized transactional service to the business. Drive a culture of process improvement, a tight focus on data integrity and an excellent service to managers and employees.

Your future tasks will be...

• Offers routine instructions to team members on job responsibilities. Provides continuous supervision for team members to secure the quality and timely performance of team members as per standards
• Supports the development of processes and procedures
• Manages subordinates’ deliverables, manage team members, setup and assess performance goals, support team members development plan
• Actively participate in recruitment processes, contribute to hiring procedure running interview and specific selection tests and manage onboarding with secure proper introduction trainings and probation period testing.
• Ensure individual and/group training needs are captured and addressed in order to manage proper individual/team development.
• Motivate and inspire team members. Lead by setting a good example (role model) – behavior consistent with words. Coach and help develop team members; help resolve dysfunctional behavior
• Build and manage employee capacity, support their professional development, review, and assess performance, and enable employees to optimize their contribution to the department
• Support the partnership and Service Delivery Manager with the management of the account, maximizing operational performance
• Proactively manage all HR channels and associated ways of customer contact with the team

You are the ideal candidate if...

• College or university degree preferably in HR/Business/Psychology
• 4+ year relevant experience preferably from the SSC sector
• People leadership experience (Experience successfully providing training, coaching, performance management, skill development, feedback, and guidance to a team)
• Fluent communication level in English
• Knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow, ADP Globalview and Streamline payrolls, and SAP financials
